Iran’s president says he is ready to negotiate with the US

However, the Reuters news agency quoted an Iranian official as saying that the ballistic missile program is the biggest obstacle to an agreement, and that their country is “ready to show flexibility in uranium enrichment, including handing over 400kg of highly enriched uranium, accepting zero enrichment under a consortium arrangement as a solution”.
