In one Release of Wednesday, Noana forecasters said they expect the third CME, still expected to arrive around Noon ET, to be the “last and strongest” of the three.
Meteorologist Marc Chenard, at the weather forecast center, told the New York Times The northern lights may return on Wednesday night across the country, although clouds may prevent views for parts of the West Coast and the northeast.
