LdrsA woman from West London has been fined £1,000 by her local council for flying an envelope outside her flat to clean her flat to clean her flat in Subteham.
Loretta Alvarez, 26, said the prisoners in the communal – sharing about 25 other properties – were full, so she put the cardboard envelope on top of the glasses.
Ms Alvarez, who is a single mother, said she could not pay and is now threatening legal action.
Hounslownel Council said Fly Tipping is defined as leaving litter anywhere in the public that is not in a bin, even if the Bins are full.
LdrsMs Alvarez said she “unintentionally” left the trash outside.
“It’s great. I don’t want this to happen, I don’t want it to happen to anyone else,” he said.
“I’m trying to juggle it with side work and being a mum – it’s hard.”
He thought a council worker had taken the letter to his address and thought it was the rest of the rubbish bin too.
Hounslow Council told Ms Alvarez she had until 5 November to pay everything, or she could face legal proceedings where she could be charged.
He said: “I have no money to give, I can’t take out a loan to pay it off, and I don’t want to get a mark on my record.
“I’m a mental health nurse, I went to university for three years.
“They focused on me more than someone who could get the acceleration.”

However, it was not canceled and the Council remained firm on the fine envelope.
In a statement, Councilor Pritam Grewal, Member Member for Community Equipment, said that the council “remains committed to taking a zero-tolerance approach to dealing with the local environment”.
He added: “We did the right thing in issuing the fine, because waste involves leaving waste anywhere in public, even if the bins are full.
“While we accept that no one wants to receive a fine, residents expect us to follow the violation and the offenders.”
