Concerns have been raised over Vukov’s behavior towards Rybakina over the past few seasons – particularly from coach and commentator Pam Shriver.
SHRIVER, a winner of 21 grand slam doubles titles, is calling for safe tennis coaching at all levels of the sport.

After Rybakina’s win at the WTA Finals, SHRIVER wrote: [the] WTA CEO because the CEO tries to ensure strong protections in your sports … it’s hard to imagine. “
Rybakina has worked with Vukov since she was a teenager before briefly ending the partnership last year when we opened.
However, when he decided in January that he wanted Vukov to cheer on his team, his temporary suspension meant that he was denied Accreditation at the Australian Open.
Speaking in February, Rybakina said that she spoke with Vukov and that he even helped her with “many things, on the court, outside the court”.
Asked on Sunday if he was talking about talks to rejoin the WTA following Vukov’s return: “I think we had conversations, but in the end it didn’t happen.
“So we’re all doing our job and I think we’ll continue to do it.”
But Rybakina said she wanted to pursue the cause of not participating in the ceremonial photo that would appear between them.
