A woman who was stabbed in the neck at a bus stop in Birmingham has died, police have confirmed.
The victim, who is aged 34, was attacked on Symbrook QueSway, just outside the Bulling Shopping Centre, just before 21:00 GMT, on Friday, West Midlands police said.
Djeison Rafael, 21, is due to appear before Birmingham magistrates on Monday, charged with assault.
West Midlands police said an application to amend the charges would reflect the woman’s death.

Detectives are interesting for Witnesses who may have seen Mr Rafael, who is believed to be wearing an all gray tracksuit, black hat, trainers and rucks.
