Former footballer Joey Barton was found guilty of six counts of “grossly offensive posts at the home of Jericho’s Lucy Ward and eni aluko.
Barton, 43, compared Aluko and Ward to the serial killer couple Fred and West, and called a principal “bicycle” in posts sent between January and March 2024.
A Crown Crown Court jury has cleared former City, Everton and Newclielle midfielder Barton of six other counts of electronic communication with intent to cause disorder or anxiety.
