The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed Donald Trump’s Administration to implement a policy that blocks transgender and non-transgender people who choose their gender identity.
The decision by the court’s conservative majority is Trump’s latest victory in the High Court Corrupt Emergency Road, to enforce his administration while one of its cases plays out. It halted a lower court order that required the government to select people who choose male, female or gender on their passports when queuing for new or renewed passports.
