Lawrence also excelled at football and cricket as a boy, and was with the academies of Aston Villa and Birmingham City, as well as Worcester Warriors, before focusing on rugby at the age of 16.
Sutton is an attractive cricketer himself, and has performed regularly for Norwich Cricket Club in recent years, but says his rugby career has never stopped.
“I only played Rugby once, for my school team,” Sutton said. “We were very happy on the bus on the road there, but we lost 72-0 and I didn’t play anymore.
“However, Ollie has played well for Villa’s academy, but I want to remind him that I actually play for their first team.”
Comparing a side to rugby is not usually seen as a compliment for Football teams, but Arsenal Boss Mikel Arteta who was inspired recently that he was inspired by New Zealand He Head Scottson.
From playing both Sports, Lawrence will know why the two coaches who create ideas are successful.
“It certainly makes sense,” he told BBC sport. “There is a lot to learn from both sports, for example the way teams try to counter or set up for a counter-attack.

“Arteta used the rugby term ‘Finisher’ instead of ‘substitute’ as well. I think the first time we started with Eddie [former England coach Eddie Jones] Who is widespread on the bench has an impact on the game, and I can see why Arteta likes the thought. “
