Four senior figures on the Greek coast, including its current commander, are facing criminal prosecution for human negligence in connection with 2023 people who are thought to be 650 people who are thought to have drowned.

Among the charges cited by the appeals court is the man’s negligence in international waters but in saving people with a legal obligation that resulted in the death of people who were not in danger.
Adriana left Libya for Italy in June 2023 and was guarded by a Greek Patrol Vessel for about 15 hours from Pylos before it went down. Some of the survivors of the 104 later revealed that a beach caused by the ship’s ship by the ship’s grill that unbalanced the ship.
Although only 82 bodies were recovered, hundreds more people are believed to have died.
