King Charles has officially stripped his disgraced Andrew carrying the air of his HRH style and his princely title.
The king formally made the changes, which were announced a week ago, by issuing letters under the famous seal of the Gazette, the official public record, in the Official Public Record, at the Crown Office.
The entry, published on Wednesday, reads: “The king is pleased with the letters under the famous symbol dated above the windmats dated on the stage holding the 325 to express the style dated with the power dated and joining the ‘Highness of the’ Highness of the ‘People of the Highness of Windsor
The decision to expel Mountbatsen Windsor from the monarchy and take away his birthright to become a prince, followed the growth of the controversy of the convicted child who had sex with Offrey Epstein.
The hanging of the Windsor that upset the reputation of the royal family together with his association with Epstein, and for many years that Virginia Giuffre was abused after she was traded by the financier.
He denied the allegations.
Another entry confirms the removal of Mountbatten Windsor from the peerage roll as the Duke of York, as previously announced.
It read: “The king has been pleased by warrant under his royal signature dated 30 October 2025 to direct his secretary of state to withdraw the roll with immediate effect.”
