Reddit is the only forum discussion site included in the ban.
The kick was added to the list months after the high-profile death of a French user streaming on the platform in August. Kick said it would cooperate with the authorities and check the contents of France.

The platforms are preparing for the ban to begin
Tiktok, Snapchat and Meta told the FEDERAL PARLIAMENT last week that while they disagree with the policy, they will comply with the ban next month.
YouTube continues to disagree with the ban, but has yet to say whether it will comply. The company has indicated that it may launch legal action, but has not yet begun that course of action.
Elon Musk’s X Platform has also expressed its opposition, and has yet to say whether it will comply with the Law, amid ongoing legal disputes in recent years.
There was no contention that was not on the initial list, despite the gaming platform recently implementing an age commitment for Australian users. It last month said the personal information of about 70,000 users – including some required to provide evidence to prove their age – was stolen in a data breach by a third party.
The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner this week revealed more than 68,000 of these 70,000 users are located in Australia.
Inman Grant previously stated that he does not think that the famous site 4chan – which allows users to post without accounts – will be included in the ban.
