It was only six months ago that Graham Potter was considered the man to spoil a new, exciting season at Chelsea.
The club’s New Group of Placedled by American businessman Todd Boehly, attracted Potter from Brighton with the promise of managing one of the most profitable teams in World Soccer.
More than $ 600 million was spent to bring the great players to the Club and Potter, one of the most exciting workers in the Premier League in a winning machine.
But, on Sunday, the club Office has partnered that it covers the manager from an underwhelming spell in charge.
Potter managed to win 10 out of 28 league matches this season and left the team 11 in the Premier League Table.
In recent weeks, the players have looked a shadow of their former selves and many fans have lost faith that the club’s potter’s plan can work.
Later, after going ahead with the manager, the owners of the Blues agreed.
“On behalf of everyone at the club, we would like to thank Graham for his contribution to Chelsea,” club partners Todd Boehly and Behadad Eregbali said in a statement.
“We have the highest standards for Graham as a coach and as a person. He has always conducted himself with professionalism and integrity and we are all disappointed with this result.”
In his previous role as Brighton Manager, Potter was given time to stamp his identity on the squad.
The club punched above the financial weight and, as a result, carefully selected new signings that would compliment Potter’s style.
The approach paid off as the team became an established Premier League outfit that went on to greater things – the Seagulls currently sitting sixth in the League Cup.
At Chelsea, it seems the opposite is complete.
As was the case with the first owner of Roman Abramovich, the club expected the results of the results and used the financial weight to sign a number of high-profile names, including the likes of Enzo fernandez and Mykhailo mudryk.
Despite his impressive CV, Potter has yet to become a superstar in charge and suddenly finds himself in a changing room with many.
The sibling gun approach to recruiting also left the team lacking in balance and organization with Potter failing to get a tune out of a team hung with talent.
In fact, many raised an eyebrow when the potter, without experience at the highest level, chose to replace Tochel with Thomas Tuchel as manager.
Despite falling out of favor with fans towards the end of his tenure, Tuchel guided Chelsea to the Champions League title in 2021 and is still widely regarded as one of the best coaches in the world.
The German went on to sign up with Bavarian giants Bayern Munich in the 2024/25 season and recently told reporters that he needed “HAPPY TIME FROM CLELSEA” because leaving the club hurt him.

With 10 league games remaining and a Champions League quarterfinal against Real Madrid on the horizon, Chelsea still have a lot to play for.
Assistant Coach Bruno saltor will lead the way, but Boemly and his team must now find a long-term replacement who can – and order – Chelsea’s chaos.
The sack of Potter is another sign of how luminescent managers can be in the top-flight of English football, especially when the results are not immediate.
Today there is a record 12 sacks in the Premier League today, with the cutter who left his position on the same day that Leices Bosser Boss Srendan Rodgers was pregnant from his.
The previous record was 10 manager changes in one season, set in four other campaigns, most recently in 2017/18.
